thats because we dont have a ministry of rotting corpse removal. we seem to have ministries for everything else though.
you know in the states they have like, 5 or 6 ministries and thats it? and they take care of that whole country! us on the other hand, in this tiny craphole, have like a good 13 or 14 ministries :S
The dead freaking dog is STILL there! Day 3! For the love of god! Its in front of Stra Mall on the road leading to Manama. The dog isn't as disgusting as the apathy of the ones responsible.
Hi Anon Unfortunately there is another one on the opposite side on the same road. Its been there since before Ramadhan. I gotta go take a picture of it.

Actually this is a recurring problem. There is another one on the same street. Decomposed. Ran over by cars so many times that its part of the street!
I remember that dog....kisar 5a6rey..everytime I go to school I see it :(
